(10/5/09) slave justice after watching Emerald Forest
Using God as a guide, we know that is unjust to mistreat a slave. However, is it just for the slave to revolt? And to the extent of getting away or complete destruction (i.e. )?
Is it just to give power (say a ) to a mistreated slave in order that it can revolt successfully? We hold normally that it is unjust to randomly declare war. There is much confusion about whether the slave must give itself to the savior in order for the savior to act. (Hey, this sounds a lot like salvation!) Hmm… thinking about it, the slave should only give itself over after it has been liberated. So there is this ‘help’ function.
Okay, we hold now that a savior (let’s use ‘liberator’) can ‘help’ or ‘represent’ the oppressed and thereby give physical war aid (where it is much more of the oppressor vs. the liberator than oppressor against oppressed). It is an implied condition that the liberated will then become the slave of the liberator. In movies, the whole legal aspect may be nearly undetectable and communicating the ‘help’ function to the oppressed may almost be bypassed; and if it is, it may be rejected when learned of, and the liberators actions are generally forgiven. In the case of nations, the ‘help’ function must be much more of a contract, with the giving over in the end as a mandatory requirement. As always, for the oppressed to be helped, it must be oppressed.
In the giving of marriage there is no war consideration, it is a giving away where the (noun: man give to father) is more of a convincing or a ‘thank you’ rather than a business payment.

Throw object from your property to another (could be bullet), if it’s still yours, it represents you and invades them if they outlaw such happenings. (like bullet is your servant) If not, you have forced a gift upon them, which they don’t have to accept. BTW this indicates that gifts must be accepted, analogous to JC gift for us must be accepted.
If a tree sways in the wind, or if the wind blows across property boundaries, war could be feasibly declared. However such happenings are generally ignored. If the neighbors are feisty, this does not mean you have to build a wall to contain your trees, you just make them declare war, and because everyone will take your side and donate stuff, you’ll win. (In large community gov situations, HelpVictimsOfWakos.org would send a couple guys to be under your orders (remember, in order to help without declaring war, gifts must be given).

Established by conversation with Stephen: slave or subject of government goes to another jurisdiction and commits crime. While in other nation they can be prosecuted according to those laws. If they come back the original government/master must pay equal to what was committed, generally by giving up the offender/slave to the offended nation. If the offender has a habit of leaving and committing the crime, then the act may be considered an act of war, or the government must pay whatever the offended nation requires.

Labor:

Areas (laundry, bathroom, office, desk) have an input, possible output, and reject containers. Certain areas like desks or beds can be labeled as personal reference/spatial frames and cannot be tampered with except by the owner. Large storage areas should have succinct (under two words) labels, and labels on the individual containers within them. Saturday cleaning could include disposing of the reject and output piles.
Instances Economic efficiency or injustice:
Instance occurred, operating under orders and told to wait due to other business of executive parent. If I wander I will be reprimanded but to stand around wastes much time. On a total business day this would restrict work of myself to one large project or three small ones. Not much.
Instance occurred recent, operating under orders for slow project executable by one person. Executive parent gives orders on constant needed basis while doing nothing else. Project could be done by either total communication then leaving me, or by parent alone.
Instance occurred, not under orders. Afternoon passes with no orders, attend to menial projects, then in evening when we wish to watch a movie, orders are given to make meals, clean, and organize. We had no idea such things were in possibility of . Hence, if we knew we would be ordered to them, we would have replaced them from the menial tasks and had time for a movie. Due to lack of communication, it did not occur.
Instance occurred, not under orders. To leave for event, I am totally ready at appointed time, parent is not. I attend to menial projects. Three quarters through parent overtime, am yelled at for not helping when no orders were given, and it was not apparent that I could help. This is probably a fault of mine, not asking with (BTW, a basis of these notes) the supposed time-irrelevant verbal communication.
Instance occurred, (1/13/09), leaving in car. Mom says ‘eat fast, get ready fast’ then, in opposition, ‘take your medicine, take out the garbage, get this organized, do this for me’ etc. It makes one frustrated.
Instance occurred, (4/5/09) Easter parents order to say goodbye and discontinue activities because we must leave, then must change Rachel for 10mn.
Observation, (4/28/09) Mom is cleaning out shed for moving, says to keep three metal pieces such as are used to affix the bolt on ball-hitches because we may use them later. I beg of civilization to agree with me that this is imprudent.
Instance (7/7/09) mom talks to me about phones and other organizational logistics while I try to read. She takes many pauses that seem to indicate cessation of conversation, only to continue along the same lines 15-30sec later, often simply only to repeat ideas. Also she uses possible scenario examples, which in this instance are superfluous. Communication is okay and occurs, but gets in the way of minor progress. Should I tell her to stop? It would seem, but how not to offend?
Instance (8/15/09) lack of communication between us and parents during grocery shopping. Dad tells us to buy for old house while Mom buys similar items. Can even see lack of comm. (abbv. LoC) btw parents. Dad expected us to know food stores.
About RV – mom wants RV packed sufficient to leave very fast. Prob = excess assets. Sol = highly transferable lower-grade items.
From a while ago: parents give us more responsibility and don’t tell us. Unknown expectations and organization falls apart. Plus they then take back some control and more confusion. Perhaps they do tell us about responsibility but give no tutorials.
From history (unknown date) Allow school unto ten o’clock but not computer. Allow one comp despite other ask first if first hasn’t had it in awhile. Constant cleaning instead of lesser periodic but fuller cleansings.

Do not assign labor to a man after he has had his pay. Neither is it wise at times disconnected from the work hour. Rather, overload him when he is supposed to work, and have him work double time and feel good about it rather than feel betrayed. (after assigned cleaning after movie, 9:30, to vacuum and mop entire upstairs)

The density of populations, general land productivity, size of basic political units, command structures, etc, can be used to best predict military power, frequency of wars, prosperity of a system/continent, etc.

economy where all purchasing etc is performed by services. Grocery store visits are done online, then companies select, package, and send the stuff. Same driving time, same selection time, but commercialized, and orders from multiple families from the same area can be unified. The only difficulty is say, a recreational trip (say to valley fair) where shopping is performed along the way. Plus the problems with the reliability of companies, and the vulnerability of infrastructure should the system be politically corrupted.

(7/7/09) organism economics
Richard Maybury says that the economy is an organism and will run worse if tampered with. This is why the government should limit the quantity of money flowing into it as much as possible, limiting the tampering. As a corollary, it should also limit the money flowing out, meaning in the form of grants, stimulus plans, and pork. Best is simple as possible, as few laws as possible, etc.
Now, at first it would seem that humanitarian organizations also tamper with the economy, but the difference is that taxes apply uniformly (at least in a mathematically indifferent manner) to all people. With the Red Cross, it is non-profit and relies on donations. These come voluntarily, so not only can the people who donate afford to give, but they are also better mentally equipped to cope with the decrease in money.
The difference is voluntary vs. involuntary. Mayburys concept of government as a huge occupying army.

Gov exists purely to define and enforce (via police/military) British common law and to defend people. Possibly religion laws are debated (abortion etc.) These laws are over and above common law. Laws that defeat freedom (like graduated income tax) are not debated. No regulations. Foreign aid goes through orgs and individuals. Military aid/trade is also through people only via gifts of and citizens privately joining friendly army. Immigration excludes no one and is not documented but borders are guarded. The people (via orgs) run roads, Social Security, schools, etc. Gov can only send military (that is, in uniform of gov) if assisted country becomes part of gov country. Gov never declares war unless declared war upon. Noninterventionalist policy and citizens out of gov land are free game and subject to laws of country they are in.
(2/18/09) Economic Theory of Marriage
It is logistically impossible to manage all ones minor affairs (SS registrations, notebook) and produce the value for life (in my case, school) simultaneously. However, both can be done efficiently, and the dilemma is time. Therefore a value producer (man) will engage in a contract with an affair manager (woman) and get married. Man makes money, woman uses money to buy food, clothing, clean house, raise kids, etc. Man creates, preserves and destroys value/assets. Woman manages, grows, and spends assets.

This, I believe, is the system by which the world works. Without the fallen nature of man and complete reasoning by all parties, it results in a utopia. With the fallen nature of man and without a conscience and Christianity, it would result in , total despotism, oligarchy, total depravity, etc. With the fall, God’s partial interference, and without the impossibility of complete reasoning, it results in the modern world.

Which should be used in government? Generally speaking 3 is used, and 3 fluctuates between 2 (1, actually) and 5 (supposedly 4), causing the rise and fall of nations. Where 2 is present 1 flourishes. We have agreed that
1) Any part of a nation can peacefully secede from another because they group of property owners are only joined by consent.
2) The owner of a property dictates what occurs upon it.
3) The owner of objects dictates what can be done to them and with them
4) The owner of a person dictates what that person does.
5) Retaliation for disobedience of owned objects is complete and without bounds

7) In the specific case of slavery, being that the blacks were at first their own property, any one descended from an involuntary slave can fight for freedom
8) Retaliation for aggression from another owner upon any property is complete and without bounds

However, we ask, how can a person fighting for freedom, be aided? A person cannot simply declare war on the others aggressor, since the person has not been wronged. (9/8/09, this is shaky right now, but say the attacked person surrenders to the helper and becomes owned by them [hey, this is like battle w/sin]) Shall we simply say, using the economic benefit of guerilla warfare, that they shall not be aided?
